Italian trip bears fruit

We recently returned from the Sigep exhibition in Rimini, Italy, where we visited stalls showcasing the best of gelato, pastry confectionery and bakery products. Carrello del Gelato was the first New Zealand gelato company to be invited to the festival, where we were part of an international delegation.
The 16-hall, four-day festival at the end of January was bigger than we could have imagined. Gaining exposure to the latest industry innovations was invaluable, and it was great to go and see the home of gelato and see that our product stacks up as good as any in the world.
